Diversity and Inclusion Manager
Talia Seals is a Human Resources professional with experience spanning talent acquisition, talent management, HRIS and Diversity & Inclusion. Talia is the current Diversity & Inclusion Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In her role, she is responsible for creating opportunities to enhance and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Bank. Talia works to advise and inform Bank leaders on how to execute strategy to enhance the Bank's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Talia joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank in March 2020 as a Human Resources Business Partner and had the privilege of supporting multiple departments during the pandemic. Prior to joining the Bank, Talia worked at multiple non-profit and public sector organizations that serve and make an impact within Northeast Ohio.
Talia holds a master's degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She is an active member of Cleveland Society of Human Resources (CSHRM) and maintains the accreditation of SHRM: Senior Certified Professional.
