Meet Our Executive Leadership Team
Beth M. Hammack
Mark S. Meder
Beth M. Hammack serves as president and chief executive officer of the Cleveland Fed.
President Hammack and the executive leadership team oversee the 1,100 employees in Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh who conduct economic research, supervise banking institutions, and provide payment services to depository institutions. She has primary responsibility for all the Bank's activities, including those related to monetary policy, and payments services. She assumed her role as president and chief executive officer in August 2024.
Mark S. Meder is first vice president and chief operating officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He oversees all operating and support activities in the Cleveland Reserve Bank headquarters and in the Bank’s Pittsburgh and Cincinnati Branches.
