Rocio Hudecek

Rocio Hudecek is a business specialist in the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Opportunity department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In this role, she is responsible for driving the implementation of strategic goals and objectives.

Rocio joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank in 2015 as a recruitment coordinator in People and Culture. She has held many positions throughout the department, spending time in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and Strategy and Performance Management. She assumed her current role in April 2023.

Rocio holds a BA in English literature from Miami University and a project management certificate from Baldwin Wallace University.
