Senior Vice President

Brian Williams is a senior vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland overseeing the Operations function, which comprises the Cash Department, Real Estate Services Group (facilities), and the Law Enforcement Unit. His responsibilities include ensuring effective management of the Bank’s operational budget, the overall success of cash operations, the Bank’s real estate portfolio, and the ongoing protection and safeguarding of Bank employees, operations, and assets by Bank law enforcement.

Mr. Williams joined the Bank in 2006 as a resource analyst in the Supervision, Credit Risk, and Statistics (SCS) Department and has held various positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as the vice president of cash operations. Prior to transferring to the Cash Department, he held officer positions in the SCS, Treasury Services, and Information Technology Departments. Before joining the Bank, he was a senior financial analyst for Flight Options, a private jet aircraft company.

Mr. Williams holds a BBA in finance from Ohio University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. He is a graduate of the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College’s Center for Creative Leadership, the Cleveland Bridge Builders leadership program, and the Stokes Leadership Institute. He is also a certified project management professional.
