Payment System Risk Issues
An effective payment system risk policy must deal with complex, sometimes- interrelated issues. These range from how to devise a workable international division of labor among sovereign bank-regulatory agents, all the way to the basic operational question of how to define a real-time daylight overdraft that includes offline activities.
