Ryan Singer

Ryan Singer is a senior vice president and the general auditor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In this role, Mr. Singer leads the internal audit function, providing independent assurance and advisory services to improve the effectiveness of the Bank’s risk management, strengthen the internal control environment, and achieve the Bank’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining the Cleveland Reserve Bank, Mr. Singer held leadership roles in internal audit, risk management, and consulting primarily in the financial services and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, he was the chief audit officer of a nonprofit with a global reach.

Mr. Singer holds a BS and MS in accounting and is a certified internal auditor. He is involved in community and nonprofit service, including board leadership and volunteer activities focused on supporting children and families.
