Person

Theresa (Terri) Bialowas is a principal in the Executive Office at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland responsible for facilitating the development and execution of executive engagements and internal and external dialogues in support of the Bank’s focus on strengthening the payments system, and exploring evolving payments system issues, trends, and developments.

She holds a BBA in finance and management from Kent State University and an MBA with an emphasis in organizational development from Cleveland State University and is an accredited Automated Clearing House professional.
