Cleveland Fed Named NorthCoast 99 Award Winner for 21st Consecutive Year

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is proud to be recognized for the 21st consecutive year by ERC as one of 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent.

“Our employees are the reason the Cleveland Fed has earned this recognition for 21 consecutive years. And they have continued to step up in support of the economy and the financial system during this challenging period, performing their duties on-site and through remote and flexible work environments. Work-life balance has been particularly important to our organization throughout the pandemic, and I am proud that the Cleveland Fed continues to foster a culture where our employees can do their best work on behalf of the American public,” said Lisa Vidacs, senior vice president of Corporate Communications & Engagement.

NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program and event in its 22nd year that honors 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent.
