Danny Dollar Academy (DDA) is a financial literacy program that was developed in 2016 by Ty Allan Jackson, children's book author and founder of Big Head Books, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Bahrani, director of the NKU Center for Economic Education (NKU CEE). The program promotes financial literacy in grades 3, 4, and 5 using Jackson's book, Danny Dollar Millionaire Extraordinaire: Lemonade Escapade.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and NKU CEE created standards-based personal finance lessons for the Danny Dollar Academy and piloted the program in Ohio with 300 4th and 5th grade students in the Cincinnati Public School District and Cleveland Metropolitan School District for the 2018-2019 academic year. As part of the pilot program, educators attended a one-day professional development workshop, received the standards-aligned financial literacy curriculum, and facilitated a student-led project that utilized the financial literacy concepts learned throughout the program.

The Cleveland Public Library has purchased sets of the Danny Dollar book for classrooms to borrow.
