Person

Lakisha Higgins is an outreach coordinator at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s Cincinnati Branch. She is responsible for executing outreach related to workforce and education initiatives in Southwestern Ohio and Kentucky.

Lakisha joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 2019. She has over 20 years’ experience working in traditional and non-traditional education and the nonprofit space. Before joining the Bank, Mrs. Higgins was a substitute teacher and a resource coordinator that worked with school administration, families, and community partners to engage with the school. Mrs. Higgins currently sits on several boards. She’s an active member for the Alpaugh Family Economic Center and Leadership Council for Nonprofits.

Mrs. Higgins earned a BS in Business Management from Alabama State University and HR Grad certification from the University of Cincinnati.
