Khaz Finley

Assistant Vice President, External Engagement

Khaz Finley is the Assistant Vice President of External Engagement at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He oversees the strategic management of external relationships in collaboration with the executive office and the Community Development function. Additionally, his team conducts outreach aligned to research-driven programs and content (financial literacy, workforce, housing, small business) engaging with various institutional leaders at the national, state, and local levels. Mr. Finley holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies and a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology, both from Grand Canyon University. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Greater Cleveland Career Consortium and Team NEO’s Talent Development Council. He is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC-International Coaching Federation) and a Board-Certified Executive Coach (BCC - the Center for Credentialing and Education), holds a Leadership and Management certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, is a certified Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 Practitioner, a certified Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) practitioner through Korn Ferry, a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, is a Registered Scrum @ Scale Practitioner, a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt, and holds additional certificates with an emphasis on psychological leadership.
