Kyle Fee serves as a policy advisor on the Community Development team. In this role, he conducts applied research related to economic and workforce development issues in the Fourth District. Dr. Fee co-developed the Occupational Mobility Explorer and leads research and engagement efforts related to the tool. He is a recipient of the Federal Reserve Board's 2025 Janet L. Yellen Award for Excellence in Community Development and the 2018 Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland President's Award.

Dr. Fee received his PhD in Urban Studies and Public Affairs from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University and holds a BS in Economics and Business Administration from John Carroll University and an MA in Urban Economic Development from Loyola University, Chicago.
