Person

Robert Brinkley is a senior regional outreach manager within the Community Development Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. From the Bank’s Cincinnati Branch, he works with the community development team on current and emerging economic and community development issues across the Fourth Federal Reserve District, which comprises Ohio, western Pennsylvania, the northern panhandle of West Virginia, and eastern Kentucky. His areas of interest include Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), economic development, and affordable housing.

Prior to joining the Cleveland Reserve Bank in 2024, Brinkley held multiple roles within the financial services industry at Eagle Realty Group, Fidelity Investments, and Fifth Third Bank.

He holds a BSBA in marketing from Ohio Northern University and an MBA in finance and marketing from Xavier University.
