Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Announces Officer Appointments
The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland announces the following officer appointments to the Treasury Services Department.

Margaret Atkinson has been appointed assistant vice president of program communications for the Transformation Tax Collection program in the Treasury Services Department. In this role, she is responsible for program communication and stakeholder management functions.

Atkinson joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where she most recently served as the Sixth Federal Reserve District’s transition coordinator for the Federal Reserve System’s enterprise resource planning program involving finance, human capital, and procurement. She also served as an operations and administrative services manager and led multiple projects and initiatives at the District and Federal Reserve System levels. Prior to joining the Atlanta Reserve Bank, she worked for Accenture in their strategy and management consulting practice.

Atkinson holds a BA in history from the George Washington University.

Devi Chetty has been appointed assistant vice president of data and analytics for the Transformation Tax Collection program in the Treasury Services Department. In this role, Chetty is responsible for building out and leading the data team in defining and delivering on key milestones within the program.

Prior to joining the Cleveland Reserve Bank, Chetty was an applications delivery services director in the Retail Payments Office at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and led the Performance, Data, and Platform support teams. She joined the Atlanta Reserve Bank in 2016 as part of the Retail Payment Office’s Automated Clearing House Modernization initiative and led the data migration and satellite integration work. Chetty’s previous experience includes serving as program manager and project manager for human resources enterprise systems and analytics at Wells Fargo.

She holds a BS in computer science from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in finance from Metropolitan State University.

David L. Taylor has been promoted to assistant vice president and the chief of staff in the Treasury Services Department. His responsibilities include advising and supporting senior leadership on department strategy, executive communication, cross-functional team alignment, and stakeholder management.

Taylor joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank in 2012 as a business systems analyst in the Cash Product Office. In his most recent role as project manager, he led the Transition Management Team for the Cash Product Office’s National Cash Automation business group. He also played a key role in Federal Reserve System initiatives, including the transition of 28 cash offices to the now-centralized FedCash Central suite, which includes the core transaction processing and inventory management system for currency and coin. Prior to joining the Bank, Taylor served as an engineering associate at Eclipse Compliance Testing.

Taylor holds a BS in computer science with a minor in mathematics from Morehouse College.
