Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Announces Officer Appointments

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland announced the following additions to the Treasury Services' Tax Collections (T2C) team. T2C is the Federal Reserve System’s modernized service and platform for tax collections.

Shilpa Dutt has been appointed assistant vice president for Treasury Services' T2C program delivery management. In this role, she will be responsible for maintaining an end-to-end view of the program, tracking progress, vendor management, and providing tactical support to ensure standardization of tools and processes.

Dutt comes to the Cleveland Fed after working with the Atlanta Reserve Bank since 2015. Most recently, she served as an assistant vice president of Retail Payments Technology Services. In this role, she worked on the ACH modernization program and had responsibilities for the overall program schedule, implementation strategy and execution, and vendor management and delivery. Dutt has more than 20 years of experience in information technology roles with Target Corporation, Ameriprise Financial Services, and Accenture.

Dutt holds a bachelor’s degree from D.Y. Patil School of Engineering in Pune, India.

Jeremy Krehbiel has been appointed assistant vice president for Treasury Services' T2C product enablement. He will be responsible for developing and executing a transition strategy and managing the readiness of Bank partners across the program.

Most recently, Krehbiel has been a director in Retail Payments Technology Services with the Atlanta Reserve Bank since 2016. In this role, he was responsible for multiple activities within the ACH modernization program, including planning and leading the transition to the new ACH platform. Krehbiel also served in a management role overseeing project delivery within the project management office in support of the ACH and check portfolio. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, he held various technology positions with Travelers Insurance, Target Corporation, and Infor.

Krehbiel holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Cloud State University.

Liza Raizer has been appointed assistant vice president for Treasury Services' T2C engineering, responsible for the T2C technology portfolio, from architecture and application development to integration and data and analytics.

She joins the Cleveland Reserve Bank after working for 14 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Most recently, she served as a senior product leader, where she led technical and product teams responsible for the delivery of crucial products within IT, including middleware and cloud. She began her career at the San Francisco Fed in the Cash Automation program, and later worked in the Data Center Consolidation program, and National Integration Services. Previously, Raizer worked in the financial area for RMC Water and Environment, Inc., and at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, both environmental engineering firms.

Raizer holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and a master’s degree from San Francisco State University.
