Cleveland Fed named a DiversityInc top regional company for the 5th consecutive year

On May 1, 2018, DiversityInc announced that the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland earned an eighth place ranking on their 2018 Top Regional Companies for Diversity list. The Reserve Bank, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, has branch offices in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and serves an area that comprises Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

DiversityInc’s annual metrics-driven evaluation focuses on four areas of diversity management: recruitment, talent development, senior leadership commitment and supplier diversity.

“At the Cleveland Fed, we strive for excellence in all that we do. And that means we are taking actions to foster a culture that champions diversity, inclusion, and opportunity throughout the organization—because doing so makes us a more effective organization,” said Loretta J.
