Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Announces Official Appointments

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland has announced the following official appointments in its Supervision and Regulation Department:

Jenni Frazer has been appointed an assistant vice president in the Supervision and Regulation Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland with responsibility for Large Banking Organizations (LBO). Working out of the Bank’s Cincinnati office, Frazer is responsible for the overall supervision of Fifth Third Bancorp, Huntington Bancorp and Nationwide Insurance. She also has responsibility for quality control and business process support for the LBO business line.

Frazer joined the Bank as a Supervision and Regulation associate examiner in 2001 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including supervisory examiner and Central Point of Contact for Fifth Third Bancorp.

Frazer has a master of business administration in finance from the University of Dayton and a bachelor of science degree in business from Wright State University. She also has a credit risk certification from the Risk Management Association.

Brian Dragoo has been appointed an assistant vice president and Central Point of Contact (CPC) for Fifth Third Bancorp. Working out of the Reserve Bank’s Cincinnati office, Dragoo is responsible for developing and executing supervisory activities for Fifth Third and managing a team of examiners.

Dragoo joined Supervision and Regulation as an examiner in 1996. He has previous experience as the CPC for a large regional bank for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and had previously served as the CPC for Fifth Third. Most recently, he led a high priority project to develop an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessment framework for use at large and regional banking organizations throughout the Federal Reserve System.

Dragoo received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Florida International University and an MBA in finance from The University of Akron.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is one of 12 regional Reserve Banks that along with the Board of Governors in Washington DC comprise the Federal Reserve System. In addition, the Bank supports the well-being of communities across the Fourth Federal Reserve District through a wide array of research, outreach, and educational activities.

The Cleveland Fed, with branches in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh, serves an area that comprises Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
