Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Statement on Employee Fatality
We are deeply saddened by the death of one of our employees, Clyde Harmon, age 23. Harmon was fatally injured shortly after midnight at Burke Lakefront Airport. The National Transportation Safety Board, with the assistance of the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Cleveland Police Department are investigating, and we are cooperating fully with those investigations.
Harmon had been an employee of the Bank's check processing department since February 2002. Grief counseling is being made available to Bank employees.
