Richard Kaglic is a senior policy advisor in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He manages relationships with many of the Bank’s key stakeholders in the District, engaging constituents to help inform monetary policy decisions, and serves as one of the Bank’s regional economists.

Mr. Kaglic joined the Federal Reserve System in 1994 as a senior business economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where he served for 11 years. Subsequently, he was a senior regional economist at the Charlotte Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

Mr. Kaglic was also a senior economist at Eaton Corporation and the chief economist at the Washington Employment Security Department.

Mr. Kaglic holds a BA and an MA in economics from Youngstown State University.
