Social Media Guidelines

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland welcomes input and comments on our social media channels. However, we monitor our accounts to ensure a respectful and open environment for all our followers. To abide by our community guidelines, ensure comments do not:

• Contain spam, promotional content, or misleading information that could be harmful to others
• Include explicit, illegal, threatening, or inappropriate images or messages
• Contain messages that are vulgar, discriminatory, inflammatory, or otherwise offensive
• Attack Bank employees or members of the public
• Contain personal information for yourself or others such as phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses
• Include off topic or irrelevant messages

If a comment does not follow our guidelines, we reserve the right to remove violating content.
