Brooke Dirtzu is an Economic Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. She oversees the production of regional business condition surveys, recruits and engages with panelists, and uses qualitative research methods to gather insights from business leaders regarding regional economic conditions to inform the monetary policy making process.
Prior to joining the Cleveland Fed, she led stakeholder engagement initiatives at RealTime Talent to evaluate the alignment of Minnesota’s workforce development programs and education systems to the local labor market.
She has over a decade of experience in stakeholder engagement and evaluation. Brooke holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
