Brooke Dirtzu is an economic analyst in the Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. As part of the regional analysis group, she uses qualitative research methods to gather insights from business leaders regarding regional economic conditions.
Prior to joining the Bank in 2022, Ms. Dirtzu was a research analyst for RealTime Talent, an employer-led public–private partnership focused on aligning Minnesota’s workforce development programs and education systems to the local labor market.
