Senior Banking Analyst

Rob Rudary is a senior banking analyst for the Cleveland Fed. His team is responsible for monitoring risks and the overall health of banks in the region served by the Bank, which includes Ohio and parts of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky. The team also surveils banks nationwide to keep tabs on how the industry is doing.

        The pandemic accelerated the shift to digital banking as opposed to traditional visits with bank tellers and lenders. We do more banking on our phones, and it’s expanded from simple tasks like checking a balance to all sorts of things, such as transferring money to accounts and paying mortgages.
