Anne O’Shaughnessy

Anne O’Shaughnessy manages the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s Multimedia and Editorial Services group, which supports the production and sharing of content via the Cleveland Fed’s website, publications, and other vehicles. Previously she was a communications advisor for the Community Development Department, overseeing the department’s publications, website, and social media tools. From 2009 through 2012 she led the planning of the Cleveland Fed’s Policy Summit on Housing, Human Capital, and Inequality. Outside the Bank, she serves on the Marketing and Development Committee of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland.
Ms. O’Shaughnessy joined the Cleveland Fed in 2006. Previously, she was a freelance business writer serving corporate and small-business clients in the financial services industry.
Ms. O’Shaughnessy was awarded a bachelor’s degree in English from Northwestern University and a Klingenstein Fellowship at Columbia University.
