Cleveland Fed Named to “Top 75 Companies for Executive Women”

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is one of the Top Companies for Executive Women, according to the latest report from Working Mother Media.

This year’s list is the most definitive list of top workplaces for women who want to advance through the corporate ranks. It celebrates companies that champion women’s advancement, focus on succession planning, profit-and-loss role, gender pay parity, support programs and work-life balance programs.

“The Cleveland Fed has a long history of championing inclusion for women and minorities at all levels of our organization. Doing so makes us more effective in serving the American public. I am proud of the recognition we have received for our ongoing efforts to promote diversity, inclusion, and opportunity,” says Loretta J. Mester, president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

The Top 75 Companies application includes more than 200 questions on topics including female representation at all levels, but especially the corporate officer and profit-and-loss leadership ranks. The application tracks and examines how many employees have access to programs and policies that promote advancement of women and how many employees take advantage of them.
