FR Y-6 Reports Archive

The FR Y-6, Annual Report of Holding Companies, is submitted by fourth district top-tier holding companies. The report includes an organizational chart, domestic branch listing, and information on principal shareholders, directors and executive officers. Holding companies not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission are required to submit a copy of their annual report to shareholders, if prepared. The purpose of the FR Y-6 is to monitor and ensure that holding companies’ activities are conducted in a safe and sound manner. Banking Supervision

Teams in Statistics and Analysis support monetary policymaking, supervision and regulation, and fiscal agency responsibilities through collecting, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of financial and banking structure information.
