Executive Director

King’s Daughters Child Care

Jamie Remp, executive director of King’s Daughters Child Care Center, cares for children in a nurturing, safe environment that encourages positive educational experiences promoting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Jamie oversees the accreditation through National Association for Education of Young Children (NAEYC) to ensure high-quality learning by connecting practice, policy, and research. She leads all fund development projects through grant writing, fundraising and annual appeal to support an operating budget of $750,000.

Previously, Jamie served as the Trust Officer for WesBanco Trust & Investment Services and Banking Center Manager for JPMorgan Chase. Jamie is involved with several community organizations including St. Clairsville Rotary, Women’s Giving Circle, WV PreK Steering Committee for Ohio County Schools, and WVNCC Advisory Committee: Early Childhood Care & Education.

Jamie is a member of Leadership West Virgina Class of 2021 and holds a BS in business management from Fairmont State University and an MA in education from Capella University.
