Eli Stacy is a regional outreach manager for the central and northern Ohio regions in the Community Development Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In this role, he is responsible for outreach activities and conducts research and policy analysis on current and emerging issues. Mr. Stacy collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to elevate and address issues that impact low- and moderate-income neighborhoods’ access to quality and affordable housing and good jobs. In addition, he works with small businesses throughout the Fourth Federal Reserve District served by the Cleveland Reserve Bank to access capital and credit.
Prior to joining the Cleveland Reserve Bank, Mr. Stacy worked as a program manager with the Cleveland Transformation Alliance, assisting families with accessing quality education. Prior to joining Transformation Alliance, he worked as a workforce program coordinator with the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in the Jobs Plus Program.
Mr. Stacy holds a BA in sociology from the University of Virginia and an MPA from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University.
