Ayo Ellis is a community development analyst in the Community Development Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In his role, he assists with research on issues affecting low- to moderate-income communities and on the Small Business Credit Survey. He joined the Bank in September 2021.
Prior to joining the Cleveland Reserve Bank, Mr. Ellis completed a research internship with the Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) in Abuja, Nigeria, and participated in the American Economic Association Summer Program.
He holds a BS in business administration with a focus on applied economics from Bowling Green State University and an MS in development economics from the University of San Francisco.
