Michelle Volpe-Kohler is a senior writer in the Corporate Communications and Engagement Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Her responsibilities include storytelling, messaging, and communication strategy.
Ms. Volpe-Kohler joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank in 2019 with extensive communications experience in a range of industries, including financial services, regulation, and technology. Before joining the Bank, she owned her own consulting business, Yellow Comet Communications, and prior to that she worked at CXO Communication, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Investment Company Institute (ICI), and the US Department of Education.
Ms. Volpe-Kohler earned a BA in economics and English from Baldwin Wallace University and an MA in English from Ohio University. She is a volunteer with College Now and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
