Nicholas Fritsch

Data Scientist Lead

Nicholas Fritsch is a data scientist lead in the Supervision and Regulation Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In his current role, he develops models to detect risk in the banking sector, and is involved in research on issues in banking and finance. Nicholas's current research focuses on the effects of regulation on the banking sector, and methods in stress testing models.

Nicholas joined the Cleveland Fed in 2015 as an economic analyst in the Research Department. Nicholas holds a BA in economics and an MA in economics from the University of Akron. He is currently pursuing a PhD in economics from the University of Strathclyde.
