Resource Network Groups

A resource network group (RNG) is a group of employees who identify with or have an affinity to a particular dimension of diversity. Our RNGs support and develop their members and help the Bank achieve its business and employee goals. They provide input on business and employee initiatives and on recruiting and retention strategies.

Mission

The Cleveland Fed’s RNGs are dedicated to sustaining an environment that values diversity and promotes inclusion, one in which we all appreciate and respect those individual and organizational attributes that make us unique as well as those we have in common.

Vision

To foster employee and organizational development, diversity, and inclusion to make the Cleveland Fed the region’s top employer of choice.


4Vets

4VETS brings together employees and family members with shared military backgrounds and interests to broaden their networks and to support veterans in the region.

CollaborAsians

CollaborAsians provides a means to share knowledge, experiences, and perspectives regarding issues related to “Asian-ness” and Asian cultures.

COOL

Communities for Overcoming the Obstacles in Life (COOL) breaks down biases, stereotypes, and behaviors and builds awareness and understanding of persons with different abilities and their caretakers.

FedOrators

FedOrators is a Toastmasters International-affiliated group that provides a safe environment for employees to practice public speaking skills and become confident communicators.

LGBTQA

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Allies (LGBTQA) supports the LGBTQ community at the Cleveland Fed and helps the Bank become an employer of choice for the LGBTQ community.

ROOTS

Resources, Outreach, and Outlooks to Support (ROOTS) Parents connects employees who have new, transitioning, or established families and provides information to those who care for children of any age.

Somos Uno

Somos Uno fosters the professional development of employees through education and mentoring and facilitates Bankwide awareness of Latin/Hispanic cultures.

STAAR

Strengthening Talented African American Resources (STAAR) supports a culture that values differences and advocates awareness of Black cultures and concerns through open minds and inclusive attitudes.

STRIVE

STRIVE is open to all Cleveland Fed employees and focuses on three areas of employee development: learning, engagement, and growth.

WILD!

Women Inspiring Leadership and Development (WILD!) identifies topics related to gender diversity and promotes engagement and builds relationships among those interested in these topics.
