This website is home to the latest reports base on the Small Business Credit Survey. This survey provides timely insights on small-business conditions to policymakers, service providers, and lenders. The survey is a national sample of small businesses, and its reports focus attention on growing and changing segments of the small-business market, including startups, minority-owned firms, women-owned firms, rural firms, and self-employed and gig-economy workers. The Community Stabilization Index (CSI) provides a relative measure of local housing market conditions, with a particular focus on recovery potential. The index is specific to conditions at the zip code level and is comparable across all zip codes within a metropolitan statistical area (MSA). Periodic recalculations of the CSI allow community leaders, for example, to track relative changes in housing market conditions through time at the zip code level. Explore
