Education Advisory Council
The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s Education and Museum Outreach (EMO) department is a cornerstone of the Bank’s community and education outreach efforts. Council members are recruited from the Fourth District (Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia). Members are selected to serve a two-year term and may serve more than one term.
The EMO department seeks individuals who value the role of education, critical thinking, and lifelong learning. Council members participate in discussions that help guide future strategies and help inform the department’s effectiveness. Council members also make recommendations, provide feedback and perspectives on the museum’s areas of focus such as community engagement, marketing, outreach, programming, curriculum, and technology.
