Carl Cooley, Economic Analyst

Carl Cooley is an economic analyst for the Community Development Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He performs data analysis and uses his knowledge of and experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to provide research support and assistance on a variety of topics affecting low- to moderate-income communities in the Fourth District.

Carl received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Hamline University and completed a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs.
