U.S. Government Foreign Exchange Holdings
The spreadsheets listed in the table below contain foreign exchange balances of the U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve System, for each currency listed, from 1962 to 1997. The way the spreadsheets are organized is explained in data description. How the data were compiled is described there as well.
