Peter Rupert |
Senior Research Advisor
Peter Rupert was formerly senior economic advisor in the Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. His areas of specialization include labor economics and applied econometrics.
Dr. Rupert joined the Bank in 1994. He previously held a variety of teaching positions, including assistant professor of economics at the State University of New York at Buffalo and West Virginia University. He has been a visiting assistant professor at Birkbeck College of the University of London and at the University of Southern California.
A native of New York City, Dr. Rupert grew up in the San Francisco Bay area. He earned his B.S. at Santa Clara University, and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Rochester.
