- Columbus—Continuing along the Path of Growth
- LaVaughn M Henry
- Although the recovery decelerated slightly during the last half of 2013, the Columbus economy remains strongly on the path of economic growth. The Columbus region continues to outpace the state of Ohio and other nearby metro areas in terms of employment and output growth. Because of its large investment in services dominated by educational institutions, the presence of the state capital, and multiple Fortune 500 companies either headquartered or doing business there, the region continues to see
solid recovery across multiple sectors.
