This one-day session will bring experts from different perspectives to inform attorneys, code enforcement practitioners and policy makers about REO property trends, the shadow inventory, and the costs of REO to communities and to the servicing industry.
Challenge your assumptions. This workshop is an opportunity to exchange perspectives on property preservation issues, as well as repossession and disposition practices. Through active engagement, participants will shape mutual solutions and lay a framework for solving problems that plague both neighborhoods and REO servicers.

Cities of Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, South Euclid, and Shaker Heights,
and community development corporations.
Recent research will be presented by Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland economists.
