Partners Software Available
The Federal Reserve System has distributed more than 30,000 copies of the Partners software to state member banks, national banks, government agencies, community organizations, and consumers. The software helps determine whether a potential home buyer qualifies for a mortgage loan using the buyer's financial situation and various underwriting criteria. Partners was developed by Ron Zimmerman, a vice president in the Banking Supervision and Regulation Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
For copies of the Partners diskette, contact Laura Kyzour at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, (216) 579-2846. The software can also be downloaded from the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's home page on the World Wide Web (http://www.clev.frb.org). Technical assistance with the software is available by fax at (202) 728-5850, by e-mail at PARTNERS@FRB.GOV or by telephone at (202) 785-6036.
