Joseph
G. Haubrich is a consultant and economist in the Research
Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where
he heads the Financial Markets and Institutions Unit. His
research interests are banking and financial markets, uncertainty,
and organizational design. Before coming to Cleveland, he
was an assistant professor of finance at the Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania. In his spare time, he raises wildflowers
and his four children.
