  EBIDS Pilot Biller Directory

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland has developed a directory application specifically for use by participants in the NACHA EBIDS Pilot.

EBIDS, short for Electronic Billing Information Delivery Service, is a way to enable billers and banks to use the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network as a universal electronic channel for the distribution of consumer bills to all financial institutions that use the ACH network. The EBIDS Pilot will test the business case for using the ACH network as a complete consumer bill presentment and payment channel, delivering summary billing data to consumer banks for consumers and facilitating the corresponding payment all through the ACH network.

The EBIDS Pilot Biller Directory was created to support enrollment in ebills and the delivery of payments with remittance information to the correct account.

If you would like more information about EBIDS or are interested in participating in the EBIDS Pilot, please contact Mike Taipale at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland (mtaipale@clev.frb.org, 216.579.2062) or Rob Unger at NACHA (runger@nacha.org, 703.561.3913).
