Winners of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s 2013 Creative Writing Contest Future World: How Would You Like to Pay For That?

We asked juniors and seniors to write and submit an essay, short story, poem or play that explains what Future World looks like to them.
Students from the Fourth Federal Reserve District explored whether cash, smart phones or some other innovation would be the primary form of payment for goods and services in the future. We got a lot of great entries, but picked six for the top prizes.
