Great Minds Think: A Kid’s Guide to Money

Great Minds Think! Booklet for kidsThis free, self-directed activity book teaches the basic concepts of financial decision making in an informative, fun way. Take a look at the Guide to Money's word search.

Topics include:

  • Earning Money
  • Spending: What’s the Real Cost?
  • I Want It! I Need It!
  • Budget Basics
  • Saving

While learning and practicing skills related to each topic, kids are encouraged to “Ask an Adult” about the choices they’ve made. The activity book also includes a certificate so children can celebrate when they complete the activities.

The book is designed for kids ages 9–12. They can do the activities on their own or with a teacher or family member.
