Planning your field trip

General information

  • Admission is free.
  • Contact us (learningcenter@clev.frb.org or 216.579.3188) to make your reservation.
  • Plan to spend about two hours at the Bank (plus travel time). Your visit will include a 45-minute tour of the exhibit area and a 45-minute interactive lesson in the Learning Center’s state-of-the-art classroom.
  • You must have at least one adult for each 15 students.
  • Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled program.
  • Please let us know in advance if any group members require handicapped access, a wheelchair, or other special assistance.
  • To cancel or reschedule your visit or ask questions, contact the Learning Center staff (216.579.3188).
  • Drivers who stay with their buses may park on Rockwell Avenue between East 6th and East 9th streets.

Security

  • Please send a list of group members to the Bank at least two business days before your visit, either by e-mail to learningcenter@clev.frb.org or by fax to 216.579.2477.
  • Do not bring bags, backpacks, or purses into the Bank. All personal items will be subject to x-ray screening, and visitors will pass through a metal detector.
  • Adults may bring cameras into the Learning Center and Money Museum and the Bank’s main lobby; taking pictures in other areas is prohibited.
  • Video equipment is not permitted in the Bank; people carrying such equipment will be denied access to the building.
