Donna Nolen Brooks, CMP

Administrative Assistant

Donna Nolen Brooks is administrative assistant for the Community Affairs Office. Ms. Brooks is responsible for operational and administrative tasks associated with producing and disseminating publications, presentations, print and web-based communiqués, and varied marketing communications pieces. In addition, Ms. Brooks assists with the planning and execution of all Community Affairs meetings, events, and programs for a variety of audiences.

Ms. Brooks joined the Bank in 2007. Previously, she served as operations administrator for North Coast Tours & Convention Services and as vice president of operations/meeting planner for The Meeting Authority, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Brooks served as Meetings Manager for Steel Service Center Institute.

Ms. Brooks holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Ohio University. She achieved the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in December of 2000.

A resident of Cleveland, Ms. Brooks serves on the board of directors for Stockyard Redevelopment Organization, a local CDC. In addition, she is active in her neighborhood block club and the Ward 17 Forum.
