FR Y-8 and Nonbank Reporting As of March 31, 2013: FR Y-8 and Nonbank Reporting As of March 31, 2013 |
| Per the phased in reporting requirements for SLHCs, the FR Y-8 and Nonbank (FR Y-11 and FR 2314) reports are reportable starting with the March 31, 2013 as-of date for non-exepmt SLHCs. The FR Y-8, The Bank Holding Company Report of Insured Depository Institutions’ Section 23A Transactions with Affiliates, is to be filed by all top-tier SLHCs on behalf of their depository institutions. The FR Y-11, Financial Statements of U.S. Nonbank Subsidiaries of U.S. Bank Holding Companies, and the FR 2314, Financial Statements of Foreign Subsidiaries of U.S. Banking Organizations, are to be filed by SLHCs on behalf of their nonbank and/or foreign subsidiaries, if they meet certain criteria outlined in the report instructions. As such, the HC/Structure unit has created two short training modules for these reports to provide an overview on reporting. Registration is Now Open for the SLHC FR Y-6 and FR Y-10 Reporting Training Sessions |
| Register here for the upcoming SLHC FR Y-6 and FR Y-10 reporting training sessions for Fourth District institutions. Two sessions will be held, one in Cleveland on December 10, 2012 and one in Cincinnati on December 12, 2012. Please limit the number of attendees to two people. These sessions will last from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and a continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. Please choose the session that is most convenient for you. The last day to register will be Friday, November 9th, so please be sure to register soon. More details will be forthcoming. | |
