Dale Roskom, First Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Dale Roskom is first vice president and chief operating officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He is responsible for the Bank’s financial services, which include cash processing, check clearing, electronic payments, and savings bond processing. He also oversees related support functions, such as information technology services, financial management, human resources, protection, and facilities.

Prior to joining the Bank in 2010, Mr. Roskom led his own firm, Roskom Consulting Group, LLC. From 2006 to 2008, he was an executive vice president at National City Corporation where he was appointed chief risk and credit officer in 2007. Before joining National City, Roskom served as chief risk officer of Barclaycard UK, the consumer lending arm of Barclays PLC. He also served as finance director of Barclaycard’s global businesses.

Mr. Roskom has held executive positions at First USA Bank (Chase Card Services) and the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group in Melbourne. He began his banking career at First Bank System (now U.S. Bancorp), and gained extensive experience in credit risk management, finance, and strategic planning during his 14-year tenure with the firm.

Mr. Roskom holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
